I recently stayed at your hotel. The problem was that cold water was flowing from the hot tap. I had to take a very uncomfortable shower. But all the negative impression passed after talking with your administrator Alina. She's just an angel. Politeness in communication. Maximum commitment to solve the problem. She's just a smart girl. Nice hotel! The staff is polite and competent! For a small surcharge, you can take pets, we have a chihuahua. There is a cafe where it is delicious and not expensive! In general, we liked it, we often come to Belarus and now only to Amaks!!!

Nice hotel. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - I tried everything, it was very tasty. The staff is responsive and competent. Near the railway station, shopping center, grocery stores, central market, sights of Gomel - it's all within walking distance.
